HOW DO I PERSONALIZE MY JEWELRY?
Personalizing your jewelry is easy! Simply enter the name, date, initials, or message you would like engraved in the personalization box before adding the item to your cart. Each custom necklace, bracelet, or engraved gift is made to order based on the details you provide.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times:
Because most of our pieces are custom made, production typically takes 1–3 business days before shipping. Personalized jewelry requires extra care to ensure your custom engraving or name design is perfect.
Shipping times depend on your location:
• United States: typically 3–7 business days
• International orders: usually 7–14 business days
Tracking information will be provided once your custom jewelry/gift order ships.
SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER
Please note, we mail our ready to ship items first. Your made to order items will mail separately, as they take more time to make. Your shipping confirmation email may show all items in your order, however, it will not reflect the actual items in your package.
JEWELRY CARE & MATERIALS
Our pieces are made from 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, gold-plated & gold-filled, copper & alloy, and rose gold finish. To keep your jewelry looking its best:
Avoid water, lotions, and chemicals
Remove before swimming or exercising
Store in a dry place
Polish gently with a soft cloth
With simple care, your custom jewelry will stay beautiful for years!
CHANGES TO PERSONALIZATION AFTER PLACING ORDER
If you need to update your custom engraving or name, please message me within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible. Please note, due to the speed at which orders are sent to production, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because each piece is customized and made specifically for you, personalized items generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a production error. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.
SIZE GUIDE & MEASUREMENTS
Bracelets | For a comfortable fit, we suggest choosing a size about ½”–1” larger than your wrist.
Necklaces | All lengths are in inches and include the charm + chain.
Rings | Our rings are made to standard US sizes. For the most accurate fit, we recommend getting your finger sized at a local jeweler or using a physical ring sizer, which can be found by doing an internet search for "free downloadable ring sizer."
HOW TO SEND AN IMAGE
Option 1:
1. Place your order first by selecting your item and completing checkout.
2. After ordering, go to “Your Account” → “Purchases and Reviews” on Etsy.
3. Find your order and click “Contact Seller” or “Message Seller.”
4. Click the photo upload icon (📎 or image icon) in the message box.
5. Upload your image of a photo, handwriting, drawing, or fingerprints and send the message.
Option 2:
An email attachment with the file can also be sent to our email address at madurazo@icloud.com. Include your order number in the subject line so that we can link the images to your order.
Tips:
We accept most file types- JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF files are preferred.
IMAGE GUIDELINES FOR PERSONALIZED JEWELRY AND GIFTS
• Please send a clear, high-quality photo that is well lit and in focus for the best engraving results.
• Every design is unique, so most handwriting, text, and drawings can be used.
• We can crop unwanted areas, combine words or letters, and merge multiple handwriting samples to create one design.
• Any language, handwriting style, or simple drawing is accepted.
• Not sure if your image will work? Send it to us before ordering and we’ll gladly review it.
