4. Products & Services (Personalized Items)

Halo and Heart Co. LLC specializes in custom, made-to-order jewelry and gifts.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for entering accurate personalization details

  • Orders cannot be modified once production has begun

  • Slight variations in design, engraving, or finish may occur

These variations are inherent to the personalized production process and are not considered defects.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its third-party payment providers.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unauthorized transactions

  • Errors in pricing or product information

Due to the speed at which orders process, we are unable to cancel orders, once placed.

7. Shipping & Fulfillment

All products are made to order and shipped through third-party production and logistics partners.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Processing and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer error

We will offer a replacement or refund only if the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, product concepts, branding, logos, and images — is the exclusive property of Halo and Heart Co. LLC.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
